ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING
Please ensure that the shipping and delivery address you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You can use P.O. boxes as your shipping address, but some items can only be delivered to physical addresses. For large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped through private carriers, a physical mailing address or signature confirmation may be necessary for successful delivery. LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Wee Luxury is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
SHIPPING TIME AND COST
1. Upon successful payment and confirmation of your order, you will be able to view the estimated shipping time and cost on the order confirmation page. Additionally, you will be sent an order confirmation message that will specify the estimated processing time for your order.
2. The warehouse may need up to 3 days to process your order, during which time you will be notified once it has been shipped.
3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification message containing the estimated delivery time for each package. We will also provide you with a tracking number once it is available. You can easily access this estimated delivery time for each package in your order history.
4. Typically, your order will be delivered within the estimated time frame. However, please note that unforeseen factors such as flight arrangements and weather conditions may affect the actual delivery date. For the most accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking information provided.
