The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your refund will be processed in line with our refund policy.

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia, Russia, Europe and USA by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.
We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Wee Luxury Online Store. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding National holidays). For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 2 - 5 working days after order verification and credit approval. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

How are shipping cost calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. How can i track my order?
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at info@weeluxury.com
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

International Tax and Duties?
When ordering from Wee Luxury you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the products and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government..
The item is out of stock, what do i do?
Out of stock items after purchase will be displayed on your dispatched delivery note that you will receive within your parcel. We will email you to let you know if any of your item(s) are out of stock.
We’ll try and get the refund to you before your parcel arrives, but if not please allow us 2-3 of days to process your refund. If you haven’t heard of from us by then please contact us at info@weeluxury.com
