CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

 

SHIPPING OPTION

We provide free shipping options for customers in the United Kingdom and worldwide. The shipping options you qualify for are determined by the items you purchase and where you are located. Please be aware that local carriers may handle the final part of your delivery, which means tracking may not be accessible for every phase of the shipping process.

 

ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING

Please ensure that the shipping and delivery address you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You can use P.O. boxes as your shipping address, but some items can only be delivered to physical addresses. For large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped through private carriers, a physical mailing address or signature confirmation may be necessary for successful delivery. Sellers may also state in the product listings that they are unable to ship products to P.O. boxes. Please note that items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas like military bases.

 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Wee Luxury is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

 

SHIPPING TIME AND COST

1. Upon successful payment and confirmation of your order, you will be able to view the estimated shipping time and cost on the order confirmation page. Additionally, you will be sent an order confirmation message that will specify the estimated processing time for your order.

2. The warehouse may need up to 3 days to process your order, during which time you will be notified once it has been shipped.

3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification message containing the estimated delivery time for each package. We will also provide you with a tracking number once it is available. You can easily access this estimated delivery time for each package in your order history.

4. Typically, your order will be delivered within the estimated time frame. However, please note that unforeseen factors such as flight arrangements and weather conditions may affect the actual delivery date. For the most accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking information provided.

Problems with Delivery If you have not received your package or the tracking information indicates delivery despite not receiving it, please promptly get in touch with our customer service. Please make sure to reach out within 90 days of placing your order.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at: info@weeluxury.com

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
