Return Policy


We at Wee Luxury want you to love what you buy. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it, following these steps:


  • Check that your item meets the return conditions: it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Contact us at info@weeluxury.com to request a return and provide your receipt or proof of purchase for the item. We will respond to your request within 24 hours and send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to pack and ship your item.
  • Print the return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package. Make sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
  • Ship your item back to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but sometimes things can go wrong. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@weeluxury.com with a photo of the problem and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer you a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.


Please contact us if you are not sure whether your item can be returned or not. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
