We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

 

SHIPPING OPTION

We provide free shipping options for customers in the United Kingdom and worldwide. The shipping options you qualify for are determined by the items you purchase and where you are located. Please be aware that local carriers may handle the final part of your delivery, which means tracking may not be accessible for every phase of the shipping process.

 

ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING

Please ensure that the shipping and delivery address you provide is accurate and up-to-date. You can use P.O. boxes as your shipping address, but some items can only be delivered to physical addresses. LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Wee Luxury is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

 

SHIPPING TIME AND COST

1. Upon successful payment and confirmation of your order, you will be able to view the estimated shipping time and cost on the order confirmation page. Additionally, you will be sent an order confirmation message that will specify the estimated processing time for your order.

2. The warehouse may need up to 3 days to process your order, during which time you will be notified once it has been shipped.

3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification message containing the estimated delivery time for each package. We will also provide you with a tracking number once it is available. You can easily access this estimated delivery time for each package in your order history.

4. Typically, your order will be delivered within the estimated time frame. However, please note that unforeseen factors such as flight arrangements and weather conditions may affect the actual delivery date. For the most accurate delivery date, please refer to the tracking information provided.

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@weeluxury.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perfume, sale item or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
