Rest of the World: 5–12 business days

Address Guidelines

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

• P.O. boxes are accepted for most items, but some products require a physical address.
• We cannot deliver to military bases or security-restricted areas.
• Large, valuable, or age-restricted items may require signature confirmation.

 

Customs & Import Fees

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in your order total.
These charges may be collected by your local carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for details.

 

Tracking & Delivery Issues

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
• Tracking may take 2–4 business days to update.
• If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 90 days of your order.

 

Multiple Packages
